I've been getting a few messages if I was going to do this again, so sure - why not. I'm hoping to be able to sponsor AL again, so if this goes well I'll be doing much more cooking and high end gourmet. I'm waiting on the price lists for wagyu to come through again, so I'm keen to get that going!
This time, I'm on all weekend AND monday public holiday. So rather than being limited to just the friday, you can have them whenever you want.

At Just over 2kg each, they are more than enough for 4 very large people. Average people you could stretch it out 7-8, 250g a serve. We've got an awesome kitchen on site, with a pretty awesome 25k oven. May as well use it.
