I think chain coming off falling off the pedals and then sumasaulting over the handlebars and landing heavily on right shoulder for apparently no reason before bike caught up and landed on me was a pretty good performance for the bloke who stopped to help me... He said it made his day.

Went in to work an hour later because I still couldn't lift my right arm but xrays, tetanus shot and a bucketful of tramadol later was given all clear :D

Just going to be sore for a week or so
