Careful. Steam has been keeping it's mouth shut but there is a lot of talk about people talking of going VPN getting messages stating it will violate their ToS and they will lose their entire account. Yes it has been done in the past with VPN's but things have changed since then. Be careful. honestly I don't even think it will be worth the money.
