I'm firing up the oven for a few people tomorrow - if anyone else is interested I'll stick something on.
Not really doing it to make money, but they are 23.99kg - which is enough to cover the meat, seasonings, electricity and someone cleaning the oven etc. If you are keen, let me know before 6am tomorrow - and I'll be there until around 3pm :)

Pork Belly, roasted until medium well with Italian herbs, pink rock salt and brown sugar, it's all sorts of awesome.
