Morning Gents,

Looking at designing & installing a separate oil feed/reservoir/cooler/pump system for turbo oil supply and was wondering if anyone had gone down this route?
It's an oil cooled T67, whereas previously I was running a oil/water cooled HKS GT-RS and cooked it through what I suspect was oil starvation.
By having a separate oil system for the turbo, I can monitor levels and supply pressure, whilst keep it cooler and cleaner than running a feed off the sump.

Is a separate system a waste of time? Will a simple scavenger pump on the drain side suffice?
Also - has anyone run an inline filter in their turbo oil feed and does it kill the supply pressure?

Cheers

Just run bigger diameter lines to the turbo filter if that's what you want and then step it down to the right size at the turbo with a restrictor and make sure there is a sufficiently sized drain too.
