As per the last time these came up, I only deal in the high end of Wagyu - Sourced from Margaret River. It will be cut to order, rather than having to buy a full piece of Scotch/Cuberoll/Prime-rib or Striploin/Porterhouse/NY-Strip.


It will also come vacuum sealed, individually - so you can freeze them or store them and use them as you see fit.



The minimum I can order is 1 carton at a time, and its a fairly sizable outlay as I have to pay for it before it gets here! So I need a MINIMUM interest of 20kg to go ahead with it, just in time for christmas :).


Pricing will be around $80-$90kg - All going to plan.

i bought a fair bit of the last wagyu type (grade 7/9 scotch) in the last 2 offers & while VERY nice (almost excellent infact), I can quite honestly say the batch i got off Cliff before that was something else.

so if you think you have tried wagyu, maybe give it another shot.

btw, chowing down on some from the last batch sold on here, so im a very happy customer from both suppliers :)

Pretty much meat is the same wherever you go, I simply specialize in the high end of things - I work in a VERY large butcher shop, with its own kitchen/offices/delivery vehicles etc, so I can take liberties with selecting stock for customers who are happy to pay a premium for me to look after them. I do my absolute best to make sure everyone walks away happy, as word of mouth is the best advertising you can't buy.

PICK UP dates will be hopefully early neck week. I'll do my best to accomodate people who are unable to see me during buisness hours, but between moving house and having a young family - I've not got the time I used to have!

It'll be cut, so if you where after 3kg you'd get around 9 steaks - can do whole portions, I'll do whatever you want!



Pick up will be in Canning Vale, at market city meats. If anyone isn't able to get in during 6am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 6am-5pm sat/sun I'll do my best to accomodate anyone with a delivery.
