Would any rim shop in Perth let you try on different display sizes to test fitting of offset (even if you pay them)? Then you go find the rims you like in those specs. Otherwise contact Glenn at Big Rock Toyota (tyre centre). He will be able to help you out.

Go and see what fits...

I predict some 7 series wheels could be great

I know it's not the same model car, but these look decent.
Offset info is in that thread -
Varrstoen 2.2.1 - 19"x8.5 (f) +30 - 19"x9.5 (r) +30

Yeah it's plates are ZEN and its over east (JDMST/ zen garage/ downshift). I'm drunk as fuck so not gonna find an image now, but VEs are cheating as they have pumped out guards. VZs are a bit harder as you either have stupid camber, or you aren't that low

Sorry but I'm going to say what everyone else is thinking.
What the fuck is with the yellow bits, they look shit.
Fucking them off will improve the look of the car x 11ty.
Surely there is not a shortage of commodore rims you could try so you can get the offsets right.
I think the ve commodore super sport 20s would suit this nicely.

Hard to get decent offsets on a sedan VT-VZ. There's a bloke with a VY Clubby kitted SS running 20x9.5s with 275 tyres on the rear, but the offset is crazy high ( +56 )

I'll be ordering a set of BBS LMs soon with a 19x9.5 +45 rears, should sit flush with the guards.

There's a lot more play on a Ute due to the lack of a rear door, so you can work the rear quaters fairly easily, and trim the rear bar if needed.

When you said yellow sticker I thought you meant an unroadworthy notice.
