Brett, just remembered.. The unit behind this one will be up for rent around August. If you can hold off your landlord until then, you can rent that one ;-)

Have had a heap of interest in this, but no one has followed through.. at the price I originally had it, it was competing with plenty of other stuff for rent on the market.

I've dropped the rent substantially to now get this rented out asap, would rather have it tenanted than empty!

Hi mate, I've got 7 applications just from dropping the rent slightly.. so the chances of your friend getting the rental are slim.

Ditto, I'm not too fussed about grabbing a master bedroom or any shit really, just somewhere with a garage/double garage for the car. Wouldn't mind living somewhere closer to work so I wish I paid closer attention to the FS section because this place would be about perfect
