Details

1. Sunday 4th May 2014, 2pm onwards for drinks, snacks and banter. Payment details and Address will be PMed to you.

2. Food to be served around 5pm

3. I am going to cook serious amount of meat, provide some salads and bread rolls. I ask that everyone who attends can put in only $15 per person (Racewars volunteers don’t panic you will receive a separate email inviting you for free)

4. BYO, drinks and chairs (if you want a guaranteed seat)

5. I will need some help on the day, please PM me if you want to help.

6. The last BBQ i did we filled the numbers in 45mins.

7. Due to RACEWARS VOLUNTEERS, VIP's and Dignitaries I can accommodate only 40 people (partners welcome) so please RSVP via this thread so i can put your name down. First in best fed. (Racewars volunteers don’t panic you will receive a separate email inviting you for free)
