T56-LS3 Bellhousing plate ?

Is there a plate that goes between the engine and T56 ?? Dust cover maybe ?

Just looking at the engine and trans together it seems there should be a plate between the two ?

Can it be run with-out it ? how thick is the plate ?

Anyone got one kicking around they want to sell ?

they only have small plastic covers near the starter motor and the opposite side. thats it
