Beach camping

Looking at goin camping with the missus and her dog next weekend. Are there any beaches north or south that camping is allowed? Have camped on the beach a few times both north and south of perth, but am under the impression that its actually illegal to do it. Will only have the fourby with a swag and a small fire so wont be a massive camp but want to make sure its all good. Especially this time of year.

Last time i was at (loonies) Pippadinni we camped there all the time. Also last longweekend Myalup was really good. Your not really allowed to camp but people had up big gazibos etc and just told the ranger that they were fihing over night. Ranger didnt seem to mind

Head in from wilbinga grove to the beach can be a proper 4WD bash turn right at beach and pick a spot .

Be careful with fires this time of the year.. If you get sprung its big dollars in some shires.

Yea like A360 said Wilbinga is a favorite spot of mine, not to far from Perth and easy to get to with any 4x4 with a decent driver, the only thing i hate is irresponsible dicks that leave there rubbish and shit behind, if you have kids be careful of broken glass in the popular spots. Camped there many times never any Rangers but fires will be a drama this time of year if your caught.

Set a rod up and if ranger comes by just say you are fishing overnight (which is legal) and you have the swag set up for the missus
