Heard the same thing so I purchased the T300RS. No complaints about it at all!

Its basically a G27 with extra buttons which is why it's not worth the $500RRP. You could get a T300RS for a little more with belt drive and brushless motors. But for $280 it's a good buy, and if the G25/27 reliability is anything to go buy this wheel should last a long time.

Just make sure you have a good solid place to mount it and you're comfortable while using it.

there are none in gero mate, unless they have new stock. i was in there a few weeks back...
