My all time favourite game. Lost 100 hours or something into this lol.
Looking forward to the new graphics but will have to get used to the new/modern real time battle system
The summons will look epic

Why does everything have to be re-made these days? It's so pointless.

They're gonna ruin it...

Are you on the WASCC council Pav?

Remake will hopefully be epic!
Been replaying the original one on my ipad. So many old school memories.

No he isn't?

But ffs, square couldn't make a new game that's good if their lives depended on it. Now, I'm not having a go at anybody, but hear me out.

Easiest way, when shit is really about to hit the fan.....finally re-make the 'best game ever made' (as per a majority of fanbois out there).

MAKE A NEW (good) GAME SQUARE.

I don't necessarily think they'll ruin it, but I also won't be playing it, because I'd rather invest my precious time in NEW games, which there usually is only a couple of per year   because all game developers are setup to be money hungry cash cows who make the same old boring shit that everybody else has, dependent on genre of course and don't get me started on FPS titles.

Japan has been pumping out shit "JRPG's" for near on 10 years, actually, shit since PS2, so well over 10 years
Square and CAPCOM being the worst examples.

The video game industry is a near mirror image of the blockbuster movie industry.

Nothing is new,

Something is either derived from a form of text or is either a sequel, prequel....or if need be is even a re-boot (and in some cases, a re-boot of a re-boot, LOL).
