Hi Guys

Makes me proud to be given the task of transforming this Italian Beast from what it is today to how it should look

We currently have the Lambo in a pale shade of matte black, dull and boring to say the least.

We will be giving it the full treatment, colour change, Painting brake calipers, a few new body additions, basically giving it a make over.
The owners have chosen Arancio Borealis pearl orange, which is a 3 layer pearl that should really pop.

Nah, no set plan. We barely drove the GTR's every week, this will be no different. Probably use once a month each anyway as we're both busy.

At some stage, sure. Right now, no chance. Rear tail light upgrade with the LP rear bumper is about $15k. That's a lot of cash for lights...

Re-assembly starts Monday! Exciting. The paint looks incredible in the sun. The photos make it look a bit lighter than it is, in real life it's probably closest in colour to the picture of the door.

Owen and his guru spray painter have done an awesome job so far. The paint job straight off the gun is amazing.

I cant see running costs being much different to any performance car, with tyres, brake pads and fluids side of things. It's only going to hurt when you need a rebuild or break a piece of interior/exterior that you can only purchase genuine etc

Running costs are pretty much identical to the R35. 20" performance tyres and things like brakes are always going to be ball breakers, but you expect that with most cars.

Clutches are about $3k. Not dissimilar to any twin / triple plate etc. Trim pieces are expensive however, we got pricing to replace a broken door handle trim, $2k. LOL'd at that.

We'll see as time goes on.
