Snoop is good live, but nothing on Cypress Hill or Wutang..(in terms of mainstreme hiphop artists) - Cypress are just hardcore, they all look like they are going to bring out guns and shoot people.

The concert was ****in off the hook

Got there just b4 6pm and lined up to get a front row spot, and boy did we get a good spot!!! Not too surrounded by coons, but the ones around us must of showered b4 the show cause they didnt stink, well, we couldn't smell them!

Phrase and Savage were awesome as per usual, and Snoop....well he went off!! How good was the 13 piece band!! Never thought hip-hop could sound so good being played by a proper band!!

The only thing I questioned, was what Snoop was wearing....he always wears jump suits, but the one he had on last nite looked like a black and white flowery table cloth....someone must have laced his blunts with crack by accident!!

He played the old **** which was awesome....he even rolled out Deep Cover, which is defo one of my favourites.

Snoop's old uncle Joe was rockin it out on stage too, and was hittin on some fat unna's in the front row standing right near me....I thought it was classic :D

Don't get me wrong, im no huge hip hop/rap fan but commercial radio these days is utter crap! thats what it is commercial crap! the only music that is played, is music that sells. SOME of it is great music, undoubtedly, but there are alot of one-hit-wonders that are pumping through at the moment. it seems that if your black, bald, got some big shiny chains, some oversized plastic clothes, chicks with huge tits and can speak a song which mention bling,bitches, hoes, money, clubs, guns, murders at 1000 words a minute, and got a bummmm cha bbuuuuuummmmmmm cha beat behind it seems to be the go. I think the local stuff is great (hilltops, bliss'n'esso etc), its raw, different, and got an aussie accent! however their latest albums are becoming a bit too commercial also. But these guys come to perth regularly.

Either way, rock has dominated the charts up until recent times, and is laying a bit dormant for the time being, the rock revolution will be back once every is tired of hearing the same s.h.i.t. with a different face.

I do have to give some of the predecessory hip-hoppers some credit for some of the good music today.
