"The reshuffle has resulted from a traffic incident involving the Minister for Justice, Police and Community Safety," Mr Carpenter's office said in a statement.
HAHAHAHAHA
Translated: "the Minister had been unwittingly driving without a licence for two months.".

If he'd applied to be a cop, and he had that on his record, they'd shut the door in his face.
He was the Minister for Justice, Police and Community Safety - given those portfolios and the nature of his wrongdoings, I think it's apalling that he's even been allowed to keep his job. Let alone stay in the Cabinet.
Someone's got dirt on the Premier, I think.

doesnt matter now anyway guys, he quit the cabinet :)
I believe it was Brockas who said:
2 THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT BE DISCUSSED ON A CAR FORUM:
1. RELIGION
2. POLITICS
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to fall into category 2.
I mean, yeah, sucked in, but it's not going to repeal the hoon laws or lower speeding fines or anything is it?
