Mundine showed skill and sat back while green tired himself. Mundine waited for clean shots and took them fast. Thats good boxing. The same idea will work in a steetfight. If you can handle copping a few good hits , just sit back till the dude your fighting tires then kick his ass.
Good example of this is (cant remember his name) Hoes gracie *spelling* UFC. He is a small dude. He has won about 4 ufc championships. Boring to watch and it takes 30min on the ground to get a submittion lock.

The game plan his old man came up with was to let Green punch himself to exhaustion - which was visible in the last couple of rounds. Mundine would then let him over extend himself & come in under him with an uppercut, combination or that nasty little jab he had going.
The two bits that showed Mundine's character were the choice of intro music compared to Green's when they entered the ring & then I can't remember which round (maybe 8th or 9th) when Danny slipped in the middle of the ring & 'The Man' came in & landed a quick punch to his head while he was down. I think it was a round later when the same thing happened to Mundine but Green backed up & let him get to his feet. The last round was a joke with Mundine virtually running backwards around the ring, he should have jumped out & changed into a skirt. I'm holding out for a re-match & hopefully Green slows the tempo, conserves his energy & lands a couple of big ones because if that happened last night I'd have a metre x metre square still shot of 'The Man' on the canvas on my wall.
Until then I guess I'll have to put up with the wanker's bulls**t & listen to him pitifully try to struggle through sentences he's picked up & slightly modified out of the 'Ali' textbook he keeps at home. Hey slugwrx - don't forget - 'praise be to Allah'.

I think John Hopoate will have a bit of a boxing career himself. He pumelled that big boy for a good 30 seconds flat out and knocked him cold for nearly a minute.
Mundine fight was intense but choc was way too fast and accurate with his scoring jabs and counter punches. Whenever Green landed a decent punch he countered with 3 decent punches, unfortunately green was cleanly outboxed.
Porras and hammer fight turned slightly dirty and i think the result was still slightly biased being an aussie judge who awarded alot of points to hammer.
