So one of my olds lifelong friends in Austria, just bought himself a new corvette and decided he's going to run the european leg of the cannonball run this year in early september.
He so politely called my old man last night and informed him that he wants him as the co-driver.
old man hasn't said "Yes".......yet, either way he's going to be on my **** list.
I showed him Mischief 3000 last night to give him an idea and he's not to keen on all the "hooning" (cant chose your perants hey)
anyway, heres a pic explaning it all

Corvettes STILL dont tend to stop and turn very well though!

Fark.. I'd be up for going for a blast in another country..

Im guessing that you havent seen the lap times that it can do around Nürburgring and watched Top Gear and Fifth Gear, where both Jeremey Clarkson and Tiff Neddel love them . . .
Correct me if im wrong, but that isnt a z06 though.

thats a C6 corvette, C6 base models have the LS2 6L, the C6 Z06 comes out with the LS7 427ci
The new C6 Z06 apparently handles very well as stated above, 505Hp 7L, Alloy frame, Carbon-fibre panels (not all), 6 piston brakes.

the one pictured ISNT - hence 6L rather than 7L - but the ones Tiff and clarkson drove are. and they lap faster around the 'ring than the koeniggsegg CCR
the headlights are copied from the 360 modena

AS far as i know koensigg ccr with fifth gear wing still holds record and the new corvette surprised them both.
Still wouldnt buy one between that and a ferrari as it aint my thing but a engine with 6 litres is goign to have some balls.
Even if your old man doesnt like hooning or jails think of the sight seeing as it goes past 200 k +
