Navara D40 in need of help!!!

Hey,

Needing to know if theres any good garages in Welshpool/Queens park area that can do recondition
engines..

Ive got a 2007 navara D40 185k on the clock,head gasket has went on it and I'm sure a valve has too as there was a
serious chapping noise coming from the engine :(

I've been quoted from a garage in Bentley $5500

Thats taking the engine out stripping it..
: new head gasket
: reboring the valves/block
: testing injectors
: new filters/oil/coolant
I'm sure there was something else.

And putting the engine back in with in 5 days..

Any help would be grateful... Thanks

fark I was half asleep when I replied on my phone.....pmsl that makes it even funnier as when I read the post about the 5.5K to fix a D40, I was like fark off take it to them if they can do all that for that.... 9 years later and covid tax and they got a pipe tooo...... :) \
