LOL I was a good 2mtrs in front of the tyres , if you seen how many got loose into T2 you would not risk going out any more either :P

Was having the checker flag at flag point one working better for the drivers?

lol i can imagine. I didn't miss it once it was up there. You are already looking in that direction coming up to the left hander instead of looking right as you go over the dip where the flag isn't even in your peripheral.

I was just about to say the same thing, makes more sense having the flag in the tower although it's not really a big issue either way

40 odd cars Saturday and 2-3 didn't see the flag , though it is easy to use that excuse to sneak in that extra lap and try to better your PB :P
