That looks like it has a chrome plate screwed to the wheel for show , i think the nuts live under that chrome center ..Quote:

Nah, nuts are underneath the chrome fake ones. If you look inside the "holes" you would have seen the ends of the studs (and hopefully, the nuts on them)
