If its the beach i think it its then insurance wont cover that. Pretty sure its Myalup beach just north of Bunno where the inlet is

Insurance covers you on the beach as long as you are allowed to drive there.... Almost all beaches you can drive on are classed as roads anyway. They have enforceable speed limits and everything.
My insurance I dont even have to be on a road or roadside I can be making my own track (as long as I am allowed to be) and I am still covered.

Like anything all insurance companies are different. You really need to read the PDS and make your own informed decisions.. Write them a letter if possible and get a response in writing and keep a copy as it may save you later.
I wonder if Perth insurance companies have a "Marc Russo" clause, so if he is in the vicinity of your accident it's not covered, kinda like acts of god and shit :P
