Id like to know the storey behind it, and it might look ok when done, but damn hack up one of the coolest Aussie muscle cars to do that...

Typically the front and rear ends get rusted out anyway don't they? So rather than cut up the rest of what possibly was decent and salvageable, they did this?

No different to that EK front and rear on a Skyline being done over east at the moment.

Least it's saving something!
