Regarding the taxi driver that took a dump on the side of the road: he's done.
I rang the Vincent mayor on his mobile phone and explained what action can be taken. He's going to pass it on to his compliance staff.
I wrote him a big essay email, outlining what laws apply - Taxi Regulations 1995 (ie Driver Conduct) and the Criminal Code Act Compilation Act 1913 (Disorderly Conduct). Who to contact, etc.
DOT, Minister for Police and a couple of journalists have also been sent my outline for what action should be taken under these laws.
I'd be pretty miffed if DOT didn't cancel his taxi licence.
