lots of records broken last weekend at the isle... 2W and 4...
apparently they are gearing up for another tilt to take more time out of the 4W record....
He completed the 37.73-mile course in a blistering 17:35, resulting in an average speed of 128.73 mph. That beats the 17:49.75 time he clocked during a practice run on Saturday as well as the previous official record of 19:15.88 he set in 2014.
Of course, this was to be expected as Higgins’ new record was set in a highly-modified Subaru WRX STI whereas the previous official record was set using a WRX STI that was virtually stock. His latest car is thought to be developing close to 600 horsepower. It’s also shod with racing slicks and a drag reduction system.
ALso on the same weekend M Dunlop lowered the bike record to 16:58 on a BMW S1000RR ...

There is a bit of a push for a TT in country QLD at the moment.
However all the hopes, prayers and wishes in the world wont help it come to fruition, as much as many of us would love to see it happen, it won't.

there are some vids from 'the fast lane' that are in the youtube links... they look really cool but are very little footage and lots of talking about crap......really hate it when they waster a good video location such as pikes peak with shite like that.....

Still no engine love, but I am not complaining. I love seeing how they modify/make tools just as much as what they do to the car lol
