    [track] 24 February - Motive DVD & Foxtel Time attack! Game on moles!!!!

    Ok Guys this is what I have to offer you........
    Motive DVD in conjunction with Ryan’s Bucks day are holding an event for an upcoming Motive DVD and series for Speed channel (FOXTEL) @ Barbs.
    It will be a time attack style race day so game on!! If you think your car is up for it and you want to come and have a pedal with us we would love to have you come along!!
    must have Batt sticker, fire ext, min L2S, long pants/top, app helmet, road legal tyres.
    Cost will be $250.00 for a full day of racing and gourmet lunch, it will be held on Thursday the 24/2/2011 details below.
    Be at the track @ 7:30am
    Scrutineering @ 8:00-8:45
    Drivers briefing @ 9:00
    Start @ 9:30
    Lunch @ 1:00
    Back on track at @ 1:30
    Wrap up and trophies @ 5:00

    Was my first time out on the track. Had a great time! Ryan, thanks for the invite. Franz and Jai thanks for coming out with me for a few laps otherwise I would have had no idea what I was doing. Anyone who hasn't taken their car out on the track you have to do it! It's a hell of a lot of fun!

    But yes, a lot of waiting in the sun doing nothing. Burnt to a crisp. I'm surprised people all left early. The track was empty in the afternoon. Didn't even have to Que up.

    Had a pretty good day out there.
    The heat was crap, but at least there were clouds.
    Was my first time out there where it was timed. Was pretty happy with my times. But of course, I never seem to leave the track without wishing I had more power.
    I got some pictures, but they are crappy ones off my point & shoot. Will load them when I'm not at work.
