Just seen this, Cruiser tries to pass a small car and the car speeds up while on an open highway.... It appears he then taps his brakes causing the small car to fail. Now I don't agree with tapping brakes to tailgaters because if you have to do that then you're probably going slow in the right hand lane, however the guy was a pingpingping to speed up as someone over takes... that grinds my gears and is very dangerous.

If you look at the cruiser video the cruiser gets brake checked a few times before it overtakes. Bit of an extreme brake check when he gets in front.
