LOL volume is quite low so can't make out too much but they're Vietnamese and talking about this game Vietnamese people play called community chest about Money and shiz (some illegal loaning game you play with friends and family etc.) and I think the wife is talking about the Husband taking cash and saying he's using it for this and that but he's not and he's lying to her and shit. Best effort I could make out of it due to the low volume but yeah she's going mental, fark! (probably not as exciting as you first thought it was though lol).
